Tom Manno's Crea-Max Powder

Crea-Max combines Creatine, l-Glutamine, D-Ribose & ATP in one power packed muscle building formula that tastes great.

Creatine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in our bodies & is concentrated in skeletal muscles. It is essential for the production of ATP, the cellular fuel that runs the body. Vigorous exercise depletes the muscles of their natural supply of creatine. Creatine helps to re-energize tired muscle cells, allowing you to work out harder for a longer time.

L-Glutamine plays a very important role in protein metabolism. Research shows that after intense workout glutamine levels in the body drop 50%. The body relies on glutamine as cellular fuel for the immune system; studies have shown that taking glutamine can minimize the breakdown of muscle tissue & improve protein metabolism.

Ribose is a simple sugar found naturally in all body cells, a vital part of the metabolic process for ATP energy & the #1 fuel used by cells. Intense exercise causes a significant decrease in skeletal muscle energy levels. Ribose helps to increase muscular energy, boost endurance & promote recovery.

Loading Phase*

15gms/day (five doses of 3gms) of creatine for 5 days. This can increase creatine levels to 20%. After the loading phase, a maintenance dose of 3 grams a day should maintain elevated creatine levels.

Did you know? Creatine is found in red meat and fish. Creatine is popular with athletes who want to gain weight and muscle mass, and increase their stamina.

Creatine draws on water from other parts of the body. When using creatine drink lots of water.

*Please note a loading phase may not be necessary for all athletes.
